Developed by Henson Realty, LLC (owned by Paul and Virginia Milam). The development consisted of 248 acres of residential homes, exclusive clubhouse, Olympic sized pool, fitness center, tennis and sidewalks. Of the 248 acres of residential development 50% was dedicated to open space which defined “The Forest” which provided privacy and protection of environmentally sensitive areas. The development required a design consideration of the adjacent I-73 corridor along with an 80 acre commercial center.
